Sheffield Civic Society's Keith Hayman Public Art Award.

Commendation

For Public Art Incorporated into New Windows at Cemetery Road Baptist Church, Sheffield

We were also proud that our project to replace the windows in the hall at Cemetery Road Baptist Church, Sheffiled recieved a commendation from the Sheffield Civic Society's Keith Hayman Public Art Award for the integrated artwork. Designs and development by Sarah Galloway (https://www.sarahgallowayassociates.co.uk/), who we brought on board, on behalf of the Church, to incorporate a piece of public art into the new windows, which will reflect the community that the Church serves. The windows themselves were all replaced with new carefully detailed double glazed units to improve thermal efficiency and clear glazing elsewhere brought improved natural light into the building.
